"My mom and I have our insurance with them and we use to have great customer service with the other team ,but recently we get attended by Blake and the way he gives customer service is not it , I felt very rushed on the phone , didn’t get a quote of insurance for a car that I asked for , the tone that he would talk in .. we haven’t had issues with the other staff just him , felt like I couldn’t ask more questions ."
